Benjamin Motorsports still in Championship hunt after 7th place finish in the PASS 400

This weekend we were at Beech Ridge Motor Speedway for the PASS 400. After a fifth place finish in the heat that would start us 17th. During the feature we started moving up through the field and with only 4 cautions in the race we had to pass all the cars under green.

With fifty laps remaining the final caution came out and we pitted for right side tires but everyone else did also. At the end of the race we finished 7th. We are tied for 2nd in points nine points behind the leader going into our last race of the season on October 4th at Wiscasset. So far at Wiscasset this season we have finished 2nd twice, 5th, and 12th so it is a good track for us. With a little luck and a good race we can bring the Irving Oil/Benjamin Motorsports team its first Championship
