TRAVIS AND TEAM LOOK FOR MOMENTUM GOING INTO LEE

The Benjamin Motorsports team was looking for some momentum going into Tuesday night at Lee New Hampshire after a top 5 finish at Thompson. During 2 short practices the team thought they were pretty good going into qualifying. After qualifying the team would qualify 8th but they knew the car wasn't good enough to win. So the crew worked hard to make some adjustments.

In the 200 lap feature Travis fell back to around 15th position and after the first few cautions the team would decide to pit to make some adjustments. Just before the half way point in the race Travis and team was as high as 3rd place but still the car wasn't very good and Travis would be running in 7th place with 2 laps remaining and got spun and backed into the outside wall and would finish 15th. Our next race with the Irving Racing team will be at Groveton, New Hampshire on July 25th.
